I was planning an early morning long run tomorrow, but that little “97% humidity” business halted those plans. And proving once again my theory that if I feel compelled to Google whether or not something is a good idea (in running) it typically is not, this article came up and said that I should probably skip my run…so I’m going to be the super cool kid doing her long run on a Friday night. =]
